Katrina HicksonOperations Manager Katrina commenced with Centrepoint Alliance in 2008 as Premium Funding Coordinator, she then moved into the National Sales Coordinator role. 2010 saw her move back to the Operations Department as Senior Coordinator, overseeing the day to day running’s of the department. In 2011 Katrina was appointed Operations & Sales Support Manager, Katrina’s love of combining customer service, efficiency and extensive technical knowledge of the operational processes makes the Centrepoint Alliance Premium Funding Operations Team a very successful and integral part of the business. Katrina enjoys visiting the Brokers and meeting the clients she speaks to every day. Katrina has many years of Finance and Insurance experience behind her including working in a high paced claims department. Katrina is committed to Centrepoint Alliance Premium Funding’s Clients and their business’s. |

Kali HodgeBusiness Development Executive
Kali began her career at Centrepoint Alliance in August 2006, she started off in the Operations department as a Funding Coordinator and in 2007 she moved into Sales as a Relationship Manager. She commenced in her role as Business Development Executive in 2008 and enjoys the challenges and relationships that come with the position. In 2011 Kali embarked on a new role within the company as Business Development Executive and National Marketing Coordinator, this involves her looking after her core group of customers whilst taking care of all aspects of Marketing and Events nationally for the company. Kali’s background prior to Centrepoint Alliance is in Insurance Claims with RACQ for a number of years and she has also worked in PR and Marketing positions for a not for profit organisation. |

Mel JohnsonBusiness Development Executive Mel began her career in General Insurance and moved into premium funding when she joined Centrepoint Alliance in October 2006. With more than 9 years experience within the Insurance industry & having worked in numerous roles, including claims & sales, she brings a wealth of knowledge & a solid platform to understanding broker’s requirements. Mel is committed to providing superior customer service and building strong relationships with her clients. |

Tiana IuvaleBusiness Development Executive Tiana joined Centrepoint Alliance in 2008, bringing with her several years’ experience in the Insurance Premium Funding industry. She is degree qualified with a Bachelor of Business (Communication) and has significant experience in retail and corporate sales, marketing, advertising and public relations. Until recently, Tiana was the Operations Manager at Centrepoint Alliance. She trained and developed the current team, which has achieved a solid reputation for service delivery, efficiency and a great attitude. These foundations, combined with her genuine enthusiasm for all aspects of customer service, drive her towards delivering the best possible outcomes to all stakeholders. |
