Centrepoint Alliance specialises in insurance premium funding, equipment finance, commercial finance and mortgages.

We have over 140 employees and arrange funds on behalf of over 30,000 customers.

Centrepoint Alliance is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and was formed in October 2005 from the merger of Centrepoint Finance and Alliance Finance Corporation.

Alliance Finance was founded in Perth in 1991. It was a pioneer in insurance premium funding and also provided professional fee funding and equipment finance.

Centrepoint Finance was founded in Brisbane in 1982 and was a leading provider of equipment finance, specialising in mortgage finance and insurance premium funding.

In March 2006 we acquired OAMPS Premium Funding. OAMPS Premium Funding provides insurance premium funding services to the OAMPS insurance brokering operation under a sole preferred funding arrangement.

In September 2006 we acquired Esdale Sinclair & Associates in a move to expand our operations into Central and Northern Queensland. Esdale Sinclair and Associates provides a full range of commercial and personal financial broking services.

As a combined business, Centrepoint Alliance is able to offer our clients a broader range of services, financial solutions and improved service delivery technology.
