As the advice landscape evolves, new research has uncovered the changing face of clients seeking advice along with shifts in underlying needs, concerns and characteristics. This session will focus on three key consumer profiles:

• Baby Boomers

For each profile, this session will delve into their shifting mindsets and using targeted advice opportunities through the lens of insurance protection held via superannuation, coupled with some important considerations and product changes following recent legislative changes (Protect Your Super and Putting Members’ Interests First). It will also introduce a number of new approaches that can enhance engagement at a client review.
