Kevin John is passionate about bringing people, process and technology together to deliver great customer experiences.

Following a successful sales management career for global organisations, Kevin joined Centrepoint in 2015. His role looks at process improvement in transitions, onboarding and the overall customer experience.

With Kevin’s help, Centrepoint is looking to enable our people and improve our processes by leveraging our investment in technology. This will result in better experiences and interactions with our advisers, and better outcomes for their clients.

Kevin was the winner of the 2014 Apex Global Sales Award.
